Antigone Hourt

Belgium, 2003

Antigone started playing the violin at the age of five with Françoise Vervoort at the Academy of Berchem-Sainte-Agathe.

She also had lessons with various masters such as Tatiana Samouil, Joseph Kluzon, and Vaclav Remes.

Since 2019, she is a resident student at Musica Mundi School in Leonid Kerbel's class.

Antigone is a passionate chamber musician who takes part in various concerts in Europe and in master classes under the direction of Guy Danel.

Antigone is supported by the Robus Foundation and plays on a violin loaned by Chamber Music for Europe.
