Duo Kang

The twin sisters Seungyeon and Seunghee Kang were born in Seoul, and they have shared a close musical partnership since childhood. They completed their bachelor’s degree at the Seoul National University, and they are currently studying in Germany.

After moving to Germany, they began their concert activities as a duo in 2025 with their first duo recital. Shortly afterwards, they were awarded 2nd Prize at the 13th International Competition “Premio Annarosa Taddei” in Rome.

In 2026, they successfully completed a recital as part of the renowned concert series “Junge Künstler stellen sich vor” (JKSSV) in Germany, and a debut recital in Italy is scheduled for October.

As scholarship recipients of the Paul Hindemith Society in Berlin, they regularly receive artistic support and performance opportunities. They are currently studying at the Universität der Künste Berlin in the class of Frank-Immo Zichner and are developing their concert career from Berlin.
